An artist management group reached out to us with a goal to develop a collection of customized products the artist could release weekly to build excitement around a livestream event. In our briefings, we determined that it would be important to exceed typical merchandise expectations of the target demographic, in order to really drive home the unique value of this event. We chose to pursue more demanding designs that required longer development timelines and as we suspected the resulting strategic efforts proved to increase both ROI and attendance.
